Grammarly is an English language writing-enhancement platform developed by Grammarly, Inc., which was launched in late 2009. Grammarly's proofreading and plagiarism-detection resources check more than 250 grammar rules.

Grammarly is an app that automatically detects grammar, spelling, punctuation, word choice, and style mistakes in your writing. Grammarly's algorithms flag potential issues in the text and suggest context-specific corrections for grammar, spelling, wordiness, style, punctuation, and even plagiarism. It is available via free browser extension for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. It is also available as an app on both IOS and Android. A premium service is also available for a monthly payment.
It was developed in 2009 by Alex Shevchenko and Max Lytvyn, in Kiev. The app is owned by Grammarly Inc. which develops AI-powered products aimed at helping people communicate more effectively. Brad Hoover is the company's chief executive officer.

Recognition
